We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager for a new locally developed F&B concept.



The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following areas:



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



OVERALL ROLE



- Establish the operation from scratch, including opening new outlets and putting new systems in place.

- Plan, direct and coordinate the day to day operations.

- Manage Daily Operations per Outlet..

- Staff Recruitment and Training.

- Management of Personnel.

- Assist with Purchasing and Ordering for Outlets.

- Maintain stringent cost control systems and policies.

- Control and Monitor all Outlets.

- Stock Control.

- Management feedback to Shareholders.



RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Send monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to the Shareholders outlining the progress of the business.

• Preparation of monthly and yearly forecasts and budgets

• Ability to analyze performance on an outlet level as well as a company wide level.

• Monthly update of budgets & forecast versus actuals

• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow and efficiency of the operation.

• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.



Key HR Duties & Tasks

• Maintains and update personnel files

• Maintains open dialogue with employees regarding concerns and complaints

• Screens and interviews recruitment candidates for potential hire





MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a must (5 to 7 years experience).



Previous experience handling accounting of cash and daily sales



Excellent command of English skills



Strong interpersonal & communication skills



Ability to work well with others



Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines



Strong experience in using Microsoft office



Ability to carry out frequent and regular on-site visits to the businesses



Own car and UAE driver’s license (not a must but preferred)
