- Regularly updating the events on the website in collaboration with the web developer.

- Monitoring economy and the market updates daily news of Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.

- Translating news articles and invoices from Arabic to English.

- Following up with the employees and reporting discipline and attendance.

- Schedules and organizes interviews.



 Administrative and management related tasks:

- Sending and receiving E-mails.

- Assisting in putting agenda and plans for business trips.

- Assisting in the preparation for different kinds of events.

- Sending materials to several countries through different couriers. (FedEx, DHL, Aramex)

- Controlling documents, inventory for the company’s printed materials and updating contact lists.

- Making flight bookings and hotel reservations.

- Answering phone calls.

- Photocopying and scanning materials.
