Our client, a multinational manufacturing company in water heating and cooling products is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator. You will be reporting to the Finance Director



SUMMARY

The position will support the Finance Director and General Accountant in day to day accounting activities and also oversee the administration of the office.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



Warranty:

• Contact point for warranty claims by customers.

• Inputting claims in webtool.

• Working with After Service Manager to check validity of the claim.

• Following up claims with US office.



Month-end:

• Raising sales invoices in Sage

• Raising commercial invoices for customs

• Preparing manual payments

• Office management; Purchasing of office supplies, managing maintenance & cleaning companies, professional set up & tidiness, interfacing with IT support, office interiors, branding of office.



Office Administration:

• Travel management for internal team and guests; air tickets & hotel reservations

• Travel expense management for MEA team

• Event management; seminars, meetings with lunches

• Merchandise stock items

• Maintain leave schedule

• Support General Manager, Finance- & Technical Director with ad hoc presentation materials, letters whenever required.

• Other Ad-hoc duties as directed by the Finance Director and General Manager
