Job Description:
Responsible for setting up bank lines aggregating with banks.
Negotiated on credit facility document covenants and execution of credit facility agreements.
Excellent relationship with most of the multinational banks.
Responsible for arranging for credit rating for long term and short term borrowing program namely for bank lines,
Responsible for establishing Treasury policies like Treasury operating manual
Responsible for compliance of various matters.
Making Treasury presentation for rating agencies and investors.
Responsible to estimate the cost of funds on monthly basis and coordinate with product team to set the lending rates for various products.
Responsible for setting up budget for the Treasury Dept and adhering to the same.
Formulation of detailed Treasury MIS which gives maturity profile, debt composition profile, interest cost on daily basis, limits utilization, authority matrix, etc
Managing Currency and Interest Risk and includes implementation of Corporate Policy, selection of Hedging tools, cancellation and rebooking of contracts in line with market dynamics, structured Derivative contracts to get better gains
Investment of Surplus Funds and includes Implementation of Corporate Policy
Daily Fund Position & Control over allocation of Funds to all the Banks.
To ensure utilization of facilities with the objectives of minimization of the cost.
Daily Market - Treasury and Forex matters.
Preparation of all necessary documents/underlying with respect to the Forex transactions.
Ensuring that the best possible Cash Management facilities are availed in order to ensure that the collections are credited faster and reconciliation processes is simplified.
Obtaining Cash management facilities with respect to payment for making the payment processes faster.
