Role Summary:

Responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the call center’s daily operations and team, while coordinating with concerned departments to ensure customer satisfaction.





Educational Requirements

High school diploma, technical school, college degree or ongoing studies.

Hospitality degree is a plus.



Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:

-Two to Three years of experience in a managerial position (Call Center or Customer Service Department)

-Arabic, English and French knowledge..

-Knowledge of telephone and computer equipment, Avaya system knowledge is a plus.
