An experienced Asset Analyst is sought on a full time permanent basis by one of the largest banks in United Arab Emirates.
The Asset Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Configuration Database by utilizing the Service Management toolset and producing reports required to investigate why the configuration of an asset has changed.
This role would ensure that the asset and configuration activities are carried out in alignment with documented processes, and that all asset information is adequately captured according to documented standards that are aligned to the ITIL framework.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant banking experience: 2 years in Asset Management in a bank or 5 years in asset management roles in different industries
- Working knowledge in Asset Management; Configuration and Relationship Mapping; End User Computing equipment, i.e. Desktop, Laptops, Printers, IP Phones; and Infrastructure and Network equipment
- Knowledge of Infrastructure including Windows, AIX, Linux, Sun, Oracle, SQL, VMware; Knowledge of Network Devices including Routers, Switches, Appliances; Knowledge of Data Centre Environments
