• Responsible for supporting, developing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting assigned application modules.
• Create custom solutions to complex business problems, troubleshoot data issues, test application patches, upgrade applications, file assistance requests with support, troubleshoot data extract issues and create new data schemas
• Research, resolve and respond to complex issues across the assigned application modules
• Ensure end user issues are resolved, either as an individual or with assistance from Oracle support and maintain an up to date knowledge of practice specific Oracle products and services
• Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments to end users
• Take ownership and responsibility for priority end user cases where and when required
• Review urgent and critical incidents for quality
• Develop a depth and breadth of knowledge within the E-Business Suite product line in more than one product area
• Contribute to an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolution activity, cross training and an absolute focus on resolving end user cases as quickly and effectively as possible
• Coordinate end user and support issues among different Munajem businesses to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on end user satisfaction and quality
• Identify areas and possibilities where proactive efforts can prevent new cases
• Initiate and participate in process improvements within the product line
• Participate in projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support
• Participate in after hour support as required
• Become an effective contributor to the Oracle Implementation team and Munajem Functional team
• Demonstrate core competencies (employ sound business judgment, creative and innovative ways to solve problems, strong work ethic and do whatever it takes to get the job done)
