Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements to develop technical Avaya solutions and their framework.
• Design, test, and inspect customer data and voice topology, helps with modeling, analysis, and planning.
• Works with appropriate parties to resolve discrepancies between proposed systems and enterprise quality and security standards.
• Manage multiple technology vendors providing integration analysis and test plans.
• Provides technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, makes recommendations, and approval of major systems installations.
• Designs and develops computer software possessing a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions.
• Write functional requirements/specifications documents
• Determine production direction and roadmaps.
• Acts as an advisor and proposes changes to the ETA based on analysis of requirements and new technology
• analyze or recommend upgrades or commercially available software
• This is a regional role so candidate must be willing to travel around 30% of employment time.
