- Provide Risk Based Internal Audit services to clients as per set guidelines, international standards & best practices.
- Conduct risk assessment and prepare risk based audit plans.
- Perform audit procedures to verify that controls are operating effectively and efficiently through testing and interviewing techniques.
- Conduct Corporate Governance Compliance reviews.
- Identify controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare audit programs, audit reports and audit presentation materials.
