To guide and assist staff in incorporating good business practices into their job scope of works/projects and preparing and providing QMS induction material to new starters. Envisages and maintains a healthy QA / QC system in line with the overall business objectives.
Participates in the implementation of the quality assurance program/plan on an assigned project or on staff functions based on Quality Management System Requirements as per ISO 9001:2008 in program development / implementation / maintenance. Participate in management audits periodically.
Perform necessary documentation activities, including up- dating the Quality Manual and Implementation of PQP ( Project Quality Plan ), ITP ( Inspection Test Plan ), Method Statement (MS), Check Lists ( CL ) and inspection request and other work related to all project Control forms, assist office staff for preparing work procedures / the local office work instructions, Develops tools / techniques to monitor and control project quality.
Monitor and record of routine Testing and calibration of office / Construction Site measuring / Testing Equipments.
Monitor Document and data Control system, review, organize, ensure identification, collection, indexing, access, filing, distribution, transfer, storage, Maintenance and disposition of all records. Ensuring legibility and completeness. Maintaining document distribution routes against signed receipts. Ensure generating all reports, records and documents required by the Head Office appropriate to the project.
Coordinates collection of quality material and standard requirements for design and construction from Engineers, Project Managers and General Managers.
Liaise with project consultant Engineer for quality issues to address them / resolve them with the construction department.
Liaise with Testing laboratories as per the specification requirements / periodically witness the testing at the laboratory premises.
Carry out site inspections at construction sites to ensure the on going construction meet the requirements as per the contract.
On demand periodically attend client / Consultant meetings at regular intervals.
Assists in supplier evaluations from a quality perspective. Schedules supplier audits and quality inspections to control adherence to quality standards during projects.
Prepares and carries out on-site quality inspections during projects together with Engineers, Project Managers and General Managers.
Ensures quality specific information flow and experience sharing with other project Departments / Divisions etc.
Develops and leads quality training programmes for all staff at Almoayyed Contracting Group.
Initiate process for corporate ISO 9001 certification and acts as the ISO 9001 coordinator for Almoayyed Contracting Group.
Ensures a set of procedures is in place covering all key processes within ACG, monitoring the processes to ensure they are effective.
Responsible for keeping adequate QA/QC records, checking output for defects with appropriate and corrective action where necessary.
Planning monthly & yearly reports on Non conformances, corrective actions and identifying problems and carryout statistical analysis of data. Investigate customer complaints and provide support and guidance to the Engineers to timely response and resolve the same.
Carry out off site inspections as and when required at supplier premises to ensure that product comply to the specifications.
Regularly reviews individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness and facilitates continual improvement.
Ensure that TDR ( Tenant Defect Reports ) complaints are addressed in a timely manner
Site visits at regular intervals to see the reported complaints and the effectiveness of the rectification system
Ensure that project DLP maintenance are carry out in a efficient manner.
Collect Customer Survey feed back information to ensure the effectiveness of the company products and services
Initiates development of Quality Assurance Department / staffing requirements.
Participate in internal and external audits on behalf of the company at periodical intervals
