- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Selling Integrated Cloud solutions Salesforce.com, Google Enterprise Apps.
- Selling Google Apps for new customers and up selling to the existing ones

- Meet customers and make presentations to promote products/services.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers.
- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs and ensure a
smooth sales process.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Go to business events & conferences to understand industry trends.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Report and provide feedback to management.
