1. Provide secretarial support to sales team including visa application, expense report, etc.2. Compile and keep updated weekly plans for team3. Coordinate all international and internal accommodation and travel plans for team4. Plan Visitors to Office and coordinate travelandLogistics arranagement 5. Responsbile for customer and internal sales workshops, conferences, marketing activities organization and coordination6. Maintain or update the sales date/report, contract managment as request 7. Undertake any other duties as requested within scope of admin. support position and responsibilities .
