§ Technical:
Participate in technical studies of projects
including review of drawings, BOQs and specifications to ensure compliance
with company needs in conformance with standards, legal requirements,
health and safety, Participate in value engineering, costing
and pricing studies to achieve planned budgetSchedule materials and equipment purchases
and deliveriesImplement the assigned construction
activities and projects in conformance with designs, specifications and
adhering to ERC policies and procedures.Review work schedules, construction methods
and procedures alignment with contractual agreements and ERC’s policies
and procedures.
§ Quality and Controlling:
Monitor contractors’ performance and work
progress to ensure alignment with planned work schedules and
specifications.Inspect and test all ongoing activities
according to quality plans to achieve high quality product.Review, inspect and test all supplied
materials and supplies to ensure its compliance with specifications,
standards and approved samples, Review/calculate quantity survey and review
submitted invoices to ensure that the company gets what it pays for.
§ Reporting:
Report the project status periodically
including construction progress, resources on site, expected progress, any
instructions and agreements, challenges, non-ordinary things and problems
occurrences
Anticipate
potential problem areas and analyze errors to recommend solutions and
corrective actions.
