Essential Job Functions
* Musical Program Development and Implementation
* Knowledgeable regarding developmentally appropriate practices in music learning development field
* Support in implementing the program’s Curriculum
* Oversees the student screening and assessment processes
* Analyzes student outcomes, using the information to develop professional development plans for individuals and for the program
* Completes regular classroom observations and provides feedback to staff
* Monitors the educational program to ensure compliance with all program requirement
* Ensure that both the teachers and students are effectively supervised and monitored in order to achieve and maintain the planned target
* Establish, update, modify and improve music syllabus and methods of teaching for the various levels at the institute
* Produce a periodic report for the chairman on the state of the affairs of the institute.
