- Responsible for day to day management and operation of the hospital
- Contribute, participate and manage the planning and design of new hospital projects
- Manage all resources within the control in the most appropriate way to ensure that the reust provides an effective service
- Conducts meetings with HOD's to discuss business strategies for growth in sales figures and net profits
- Holds a key/ major role in the Quality Improvement program and meeting JCIA standards
- Recommends policies, strategic plans and budgets to the governing body
- Ensures compliance with approved policies and with applicable laws and regulations
- Respond to any report from inspecting and regulatory agencies
