1.Handle Recruitment & Selection process, identifying new recruitment channels as per the company needs.
2.Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
3.Response with various departments’ requisitions to provide their needs in the time required.
4.Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
5.Following up the selected candidate.
6.Help and support in HR various duties asked to do.
7- To share and help in establishing records provide certain information about CV-Bank balances, Interviews’ results, and turn over status and analysis (as additional task for the sourcing team).
8- To conduct interviews and tests till supervisory level for the different jobs, starting from blue collars, and ending by white collars and supervisors.
