Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure Supply Chain operation throughout the company facilities
- Responsible for Supply Chain compliance versus company policies/standards and the local rules (import license, compliancy of our warehouse, etc)
- Coordinate, support and manage his entity Supply Chain & Logistics Operations in support of the different business divisions.
- Responsible for customer service activities (customer order placed into the ERP system + open sales order management) by managing the customer service team.
- Manage, train and coach the planning team to drive continuous improvement of the planning process.
- Responsible for 3PL & Tollers operation in his entities.
- KPIs adherence and reporting.
- Leads the S&OP process implementation for all divisions in his entity.
- Drive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to incorporate current and long-term market intelligence into the demand & supply plans at product, customer and market levels.
- Drive improvement of forecast assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues.
- Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, bias). Challenge the sales and marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the demand-based revenue plan and the business plans.
- Manages the total inventory of products and materials
- Responsible for determining the required quantity and availability of materials needed to meet the master production schedule.
- Lead phase in- phase out activities for new/delisted products & equipment.
- Represents the Supply Chain in new product introductions & acquisition integrations for divisions supported.
- Builds & maintains clear communication & cooperation with relevant internal/external interfaces. Establishes annual service & cost targets with focus on reduction of year over year costs.
- Plans and directs the activities of material planners. Accountable for the management of the production planning function and purchasing functions.
- Manages the total inventory of products and materials by providing production plans, material requirements and inventory plans while meeting company objectives for service levels, quality, and competitive cost.
- Identify and address supply variability issues and support demand planning in forecast accuracy improvement process to improve overall plan feasibility and reliability. Coordinate root cause analysis and resolution of these issues with key cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in planning/ERP system(s.)
- Control and maintain Cost of Product Sold “COGS” within budget limits.
- Responsible for all registration activities that are usually handled by SC.
- Maintain and keep track of working company licenses (Trade license, importation license, WH license) support its update whenever applicable.
