Job description
Our clinet a respected financial services firm based in Bahrain with offices internationally is looking for a Executive Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the CEO the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing EA and secretarial support to the Senior Management.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Read and analyze incoming memos in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
2. • Taking dictation and writing minutes to meetings as well as managing a budget as and when required.
3. • Conduct background research, prepare reports on findings as well as devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing etc.
4. • Answering telephone calls, request and handling enquiries when appropriate and liaise with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors at all levels of seniority.
5. • Arrange for travel and accommodation, occasional traveling with the manager to take notes at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations.
