Responsibilities
1. making and answering telephone calls
2. maintaining diaries.
3. arranging appointments
4. taking messages/emails
5. Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. prioritising workload
7. Photocopying and printing
8. sending emails to vendors and customers
Working times: Sun - Thurs 9.00 - 17.00
