John Crane has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Cairo. The role is reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. We are looking for someone who is highly driven and willing to learn new skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling customers enquiries (Telephone, Fax and Email)
• Preparation of quotations including coding, pricing and delivery
• Communicating with other John Crane entities as Sales team
• Communicating with customers and end users
• Working closely with service providers such as freight forwarders and courier
• Following of internal order processing and delivery performance
