Batch and dispatch ready mix concrete.
Assist sales staff with project submittals, review plans and specifications prior to bidding, calculate and quote material prices to customers.
Track and document market data relating to product and price.
Perform on-going market analysis.
Assist sales staff in resolving customer complaints and questions, and assist in collections.
Trouble shoot production and quality deficiencies.
Be actively involved in production & quality teams.
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
Develop, analyze and maintain market intelligence; network, build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally.
Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
Monitoring daily logs to verify sales on a regular basis and providing management reports pertaining to the same.
Tracking inventory to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand and meeting abnormal demand situations by ordering for replenishment stocks as well as maintaining safety stocks.
Acting as primary contact with General Manager - for all retail sales issues
