- Manage/Lead sales department to achieve company business plans
- Sell and process all pre-membership sales
- Handle all aspects of the membership division (sign up’s, data entry, holds, Cancellations)
- Meet monthly sales goals for various memberships' types
- Maintain relationships with existing members and prospects
- Weekly reporting to management team (retention and attrition)
- Communicate with existing members about their accounts, process requests, upsell memberships
- Process membership inquiries and applications
- Handle all aspects of membership sale. Initial inquiry, meeting, tour, paperwork, follow-ups.
- Check membership e-mail daily to process holds, cancellations, and answer any questions fromprospective/existing members.
- Work with Marketing Manager on various projects.
- Meet with management team weekly to provide updates on sales and promotions.
- Actively socialize and interact with members and customers.
- Acquire corporate membership accounts.
- Solicits membership feedback and offers new ideas for retention, improvedcustomer service and new sales.Provide a Monthly Membership Report to reflect the membership statistics with monthly and yearly comparisons.
