To provides financial leadership and startegic direction to the Company by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, effectively managing the Budget and Forecast processes and Financial Planning.
Key Responsibilities include :
1) Define, develop and recommend financial models and methods of assessing and measuring the Company’s performance
2) Implement budget and forecast preparation schedule by collecting relevant business data and projections from all departments and finalization of the budget and forecast proposals and all related reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements etc
3) Be the main key point of contact for the entire Company for periodic project reporting,
budgetary performance and forecast updates.
4) Prepare periodic MIS reports and data and ensure these are accurate and submitted on time.
5) Report and analyse IT projects’ investment and annual running costs.
6) Work out feasibility studies of new location / business and provide timely information for taking effective decisions.
7) Maintain an effective involvement and understanding of the business in order to contribute to key business decisions within the Company through financial advice and expertise.
8) Responsible for various financial management functions such as participation in contract negotiations, review of terms and conditions of contracts, feasibility studies & investment analysis.
9) Ensure effective implementation of the computerised Finance system in Finance function and utilise the (ERP) system to its maximum potential to generate quality reports, data and decision-inputs
10) Remain abreast with new trends and developments in Finance, seek and implement new ideas and methods to enhance the contribution of the Finance function to the business.
11) Responsible for filing of annual tax returns in conjunction with the fidicuiary and coordination with the auditors.
