The TNAT is responsible for researching and analyzing the best training and certificates for employees and planning educational opportunities based on company needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Learn to conduct needs assessments/analysis (TNA) based on competencies, role definition and future job requirements.
- Learn how to plan training and certificates for employees, timeline, deadline, phases etc.
