Support Finance Department by providing timely, accurate and cost-effective financial and management reporting in accordance with Landmark Group policy and by providing financial stewardship of company assets and activities by maintaining a strong internal control environment.

•Finalization of books of accounts and dealing with internal and external auditors.
•Preparation of Yearly business level store level budget, cash flow statement and Business Plans for the group.
•Preparation of various MIS reports.
•Budgetary control and variance analysis.
•Preparation of Feasibility reports for new and renovation projects.
•Contract negotiations & Finalization/ Documentation for the Civil/MEP contracts for the new and renovation projects.
•Negotiate and review arrangements with local suppliers for trading and non-trading goods.
•Liaise with concept finance offices and provide all financial information as and when required.
•Supervise banking transactions - daily fund management and analyze banking facilities.
•Review and report on stock levels, ageing and slow moving items. .
•Verification of incentive calculation and monthly payroll consisting 1,450 employees.
•Approve and authorize all payments and ensure accuracy in timelines and accuracy in all payments.
