Schedule and complete "Preventive Maintenance Program"

Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled

-  Maintain efficient function of equipment in Bakery, Kitchen etc
- Periodic servicing of air conditioners in production areas as well as at staff accommodation
- Perform a wide variety of building maintenance repairs and services
- Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair and consistent manner
- Prepare maintenance report once in a week and submit the same to the General Manager
- Submit invoices to the accounts department on time
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective
operation
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company and government guidelines
- Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, Hygiene, safety and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP & ISO
 

- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
- Perform all electrical and plumbing works in
production areas and staff accommodations
- All other duties assigned by the General Manager
