Develop and builds profitable market position for IRM in the areas of training/ educational / research by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing the planned programs for IRM. Develop relationship with all the stakeholders including the target market customer/employers, regulators, government agencies and Government funded programs, or self-funded individuals.
Evaluate the feasibility of opening training centre and the list of activities to be incorporated and submit the report to the Managing Partner.
