As Bahrain City Centre Store Manager you will be responsible for supporting the opening of this exciting new store, collaborating with the head office and retail teams to lead your engaged and elevated store team to success.
You will focus on leading the team to deliver elevated and unique, luxury customer service. Your excellent knowledge of the local market and ability to manage a diverse team will see you focus on ensuring the front and back of house run smoothly to deliver a seamless experience for the Burberry customer. You will own all activity in store and act as an inspirational leader, able to motivate a large team and develop your team. You will use your commercial abilities to monitor KPIs and to drive your store’s profitability.
With the regular introduction of new products and services, both in store and online, a positive approach and willingness to learn and participate in regular trainings is required. Furthermore, as Digital is integral to our business it is essential that you are proficient and confident using the latest technology and products.
