We Are A Leading Real Estate Company in 5th Settlement that needs a manager to:
• Establish training programs for the team leaders & property consultants.
• Advise the sales team on ways to improve the sales performance, achieve goals and obtain expected targets.
• Recruit well-qualified resources to contribute in the company's sales achievements.
• Conduct interviews of eligible candidates, and recruit efficient sales workforce.
• Conduct training sessions for the newly recruited team leaders & property consultants. And make sure about their registration, their e-mails, how to use the CRM and also make sure they work upon the company's policies.
• Preparing sales policies and handling important sales deals.
• Close supervision on the overall appearance of the agents and ensure their compliance with costumed personal attitude and appearance.
• At least set a weekly meeting with the brokers and stand on the latest developments, performance measurement and make sure it's going in the right direction.
• Responsible to make a strong relationship with developers that make our work easier and more effective.
• Signing contracts with new developers.
• Link between agents and developers to reach for the target.
• Acting as an administration manager to keep record of actual and future data.
• Create new channels of sales that make obvious difference in the sales output.
• Marketing roles including planning, setting budget and coordination with marketing department to ensure new leads and increase sales.
• Manage and approve all contracts and forms related to the closed deals.
• Weekly & monthly reports on sales activities to top management.
• Coordinating with accounting department for the outstanding collections.
