Job Summary:
Our Client, a Multinational manufacturer headquartered in USA, is looking to hire a Regional Sales and Operations Planning Manager in Bahrain.
The Regional S&OP Manager is a leadership role and drives alignment with cross functional departments of the company. Regional S&OP Manager will work across supply chain, operations, and sales to build and implement an efficient sales, inventory, and operations planning process in the region to improve demand forecast accuracy, lifecycle management, inventory metrics, and target attainment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute all facets of the S&OP process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives
- Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Design, set up, and maintain formal written Sales & Operations processes which are accepted, understood and approved by Top Management with clearly defined accountabilities, detailed business processes, timelines, required inputs, expected outputs, and KPI’s for each business process
- Ensure that all Business Planning Tools used in Demand, Supply, and Sales & Operations are accurate, updated, maintained, and available for use by key users & top management for decision making & control
