Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Ensure QC tests measurements are performed accurately and on time.
- Ensure Equipment Internal and External Calibration and maintenance are performed on time as scheduled.
- Reviewing and maintaining the process charts for the production.
- Managing the overage materials system reports and follow up, to ensure raw materials are consumed within its shelf life.
- Analyze and report any non conform materials
Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Ensure Quality Assurance System is implemented, through audits, reviews, discussions, ..etc.
- Review the site work instructions and related procedures and ensure their implementation.
- Train Company Employees on the quality systems as per training plan.
- Manage the training system for company Employees.
- Analyze customer complaints.
Applied Technologies Responsibilities:
-Ensure AT tests are performed accurately and analyzed on time.
- Ensure AT Equipment is calibrated and maintained as scheduled.
- Ensure AT Reagents are safely maintained.
