The MOT prioritizes tasks according to business objectives and is involved in all aspects of business operations. In this role, successfully delivering and exceeding expectations will result in a boost in overall productivity and quality. After successful completion of the training program, you’ll have the chance to secure a spot on our Team as an operations supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with leadership to manage operational issues, resolve administrative concerns and create/update company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with government rules and build relations to resolve issues
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and assist with Management’s personal administrative tasks as required
Education and Qualifications:
- All educational backgrounds are acceptable
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be Bahraini
