Junior Outreach Officer, Integrity Network Initiative

The Junior Outreach Officer will report to and work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to extend and grow the Integrity Network Initiative by recruiting new members as well as liaise with existing members and other relevant stakeholders. He or she will further significantly contribute to the set-up and maintenance of an Anti-Corruption Helpdesk that will be the first point of contact for members.
In more detail the Junior Outreach Officer will:
• Research and approach relevant stakeholders to join the Integrity Network.
• Accompany the Outreach Manager to meetings and provide meeting support (preparation as well as follow-up)
• Maintain up-to-date database of contacts
• Draft outreach material (press releases, newsletters etc.)
• Translation of outreach material English to Arabic (and vice versa).
• Help with the organizational and content-related set-up of a new Anti-Corruption Helpdesk.
• Be the first line of contact for queries from members and interested external parties.
• Be responsible for the Initiative’s social media channels
• Provide other support functions as required
