-Oversee sales, business development and operations of the
company.
-Identify market sectors in order of priority, breakdown into accounts,
and build the sales plan per sector and fine tune it to the account
level.
-Build the Company's Business Plan: Build account plans with sales teams
and recommend go-to-market strategy.
-Follow up the collection activity to ensure that all invoices are collected on time.
-Follow up the financial activities, publications of financial statements
and annual reports.
-Ensure the quality of the deliverables to the client in conjunction with
the different teams.
-Represent the company in its offerings and project negotiations with
clients and financing banks as well as manage the day to day
operation of the office.

-Follow up on execution of the sales plan to ensure targets
achievement, by ensuring the submission of required reporting
through consolidation of the company's pipeline on monthly basis.
-Ensure that the different sales teams are fully supported in their
requirements to achieve their sales target.
-Prepare budget reflecting the annual business plans & activities.
-Maintain company books as a monthly basis, updating the Giza
Systems Finance department on monthly expenditures, revenues,
collections and cash flows (P&L report).
-Submit monthly Sales Funnel report.
-Ensure that all policies & procedures are applied within local legal
boundaries.
-Maintain contact with the clients during project execution to ensure
the resolution of any issues proactively. Ensure weekly follow up
with project managers on project status.
-Lead, coach & appraise his/her direct subordinates, as well as
prepare their development & training plan.
