Role Outline:
This is a demanding role where you will be expected to oversee the operations every aspect of the agency. You will be required to manage input from multiple departments to drive enhanced productivity and profitability, ensuring timely and accurate management reporting.
With a sound understanding of policy, process, systems, HR and finance, you will engineer and manage the agency’s operations to enhance clarity, simplicity, engagement and commercial results. A respected authority with great clarity of purpose and operational discipline, you ensure process is followed by all, keeping all the agency teams in alignment with the company vision, goals and targets.
Your natural desire to make things better will drive you to evaluate processes and technology across the business from HR to Studio Management, and implement improvements that enhance performance, control and results as the agency grows.
