• Setting all the agreements & contracts with hotels, villages, cruises, and resorts in Egypt.
• Auditing the Special Tariff for accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
• Auditing the special-offer programs & quotations for Incoming and Outgoing.
• Promotion and marketing of the agent’s inbound & outbound programs packages include Umra & Haj packages to worldwide countries.
• Setting the agreement with the overseas tour operators.
• Organizing and supervising all the tour-operator performances.
• Reviewing the clients’ files, and coordinating and following up all the points and details related to the files.
• Checking the comments of the clients.
• Preparing and arranging the daily circle meetings.
• Preparing monthly reports of the volume of business achieved to the General Manager
