1-Designing the solutions and bill of material according to the customer needs
2- Offering technical training and products awareness for the internal sales team and resellers
3-Supporting sales requests through Mails / outdoor meeting to listen to customer requirements and offering solutions
4-Answering customer complaints related to the solutions and technology.
5- Ensure that sales, Product Management and the Development receive such support as they request.
6-Presenting company’s production range at customer site in order to build good relationship with customers.
7-Prepare technical offers
8-Contacting suppliers for the technical issues regarding the tenders.
9-Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
