FOWZulting is a Consultancy company in the Business and Technology fields. We are currently seeking for a senior expert regarding the PeopleSoft software package, having the ability to start at a mission for one of our clients.
You are going to be integrated in our center of expertise “Analysis & Engineering” as a “Technology Consultant”.
A fixed-term contract of 3 months will be offered, with the possibility to be extended to another 3 months. The contract will be converted in an indefinite contract, if the first 6 months will be positively evaluated.
Main responsibilities:
• Assisting our client in the customization of the different modules from the PeopleSoft package, specifically regarding the Human Resources and Finance modules.
• Organizing of workshops with the client’s stakeholders in order to gather the required information.
• Carrying out impact analysis in relation to the client’s needs, and delivering your recommendations.
• Developing the changes in the software packaging according to the validated needs.
• Delivering of training and coaching towards the client’s employees regarding the several modules.
• Sharing your knowledge with the client throughout the mission.
• Organizing on a monthly basis an evaluation session with the client, in order to assure an effective follow-up.
• Being an excellent ambassador of our company: you are strong client oriented and the quality of your daily work is very crucial.
• Defining your operational goals and the KPIs. You further present those goals to your Consultant Manager.
