1- Will be responsible for growing products and other company’s medical products by developing relationships with doctors and creating marketing
programs to promote products services to community.
2- Responsible in organizing appointments/ meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
3- Responsible in identifying and establishing new business; negotiating contracts; demonstrating / presenting products and services to healthcare
staff including doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc and undertaking relevant research and maintaining detailed records.
4- Preparing presentations and attending/ organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
5- Drive focused revenue growth as assigned by the Sales Manager, the medical representative must understand in terms of a detailed functionality and benefit offering of each medical product, how each
product is best applied to meet developing customer needs.
6- Must be able to define an overall strategy on an annual basis to drive sales growth in assigned area set by the Sales & Key Accounts Manager.
7- Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitive action in the assigned area and work to develop a plan to address problem areas.
