To coordinate enquiries, creating quotations for Plant Component products in our Technical Sales and Service portfolio, working closely with the Plant Components sales team across GME&A
To provide the team with technical support for the Plant Component Products, including responding to Technical queries from customers & RDC
To work within the department’s objectives to support the company Balanced Scorecard

Responsibilities:
To be utilize his experience to select suitable products for customers and colleagues using tools, manuals, internal contacts, Global Suppliers and own experiences
To drive pricing alignment in markets where pricing levels do not exist on a regular basis, with close co-ordination Cluster Business Driver, market area, and Product Owners
To issue quotations for Plant Components using agreed pricing, discount levels and tools, working closely with the market area technical sales responsible
To respond to technical queries from customers and colleagues using tools, manuals, internal contacts, Global Suppliers and own experiences
To coordinate log enquiries in TecBase
Provide accurate and necessary information to Global suppliers to enable correct product selection
Help expand the enquiry by suggesting and specifying ‘add on’ products
Administration and coordination of claims, liaising with suppliers, customers and colleagues to arrive at conclusion
To support and respond to customer requests directly or via RDC
To help market areas maintain material master data relevant to Plant Components
To integrate and work with TS&S sales support team providing backup and support where required
