Our client, a reputable IT and Technology company is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Bahrain team. The suitably qualified candidate will be asked to prospect and sign new real estate brokerages, property developers and hotel apartment providers within Bahrain. The role will involve identifying suitable real estate companies and outlining the benefits of subscribing to one of the leading and fast growing real estate portal globally, and achieving pre-determined client acquisition and revenue targets. The suitable applicant is expected to establish and grow strong relationships with professional real estate companies and grow the business across the entire Kingdom. A largely autonomous role, this position is suitable for mature sales professional candidates who possess excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.
• Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the service to achieve good ROI,
• Providing performance regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention
• Hit online and offline sales revenue targets
• Collect payment from clients
