Job Description
• Welcome all walk-in guests in the facility and inquire for their needs.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide information to callers.
• Maintains clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Continuously updates the members list with key information.
• Perform administrative functions such as following up appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Attend weekly meeting as scheduled by the management.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
• Prepare required reports.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments, maintaining diary either manually or electronically
• Perform any other assigned duties that are related to business area.
