• Evaluate the assigned market for competitive activity, promotion & product line extension. • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, both short and long range, to ensure the growth and profitability of business in assigned market. • Accomplish new product introductions in a timely manner. • Plan, evaluate, develop, organize and/or recommend sales and marketing programs and promotions to ensure maximization of sales (in both direct sales and tenders) and increased percentage of market share and profitability of the products in both private and institutional sectors. • Evaluate sales and market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy and product packaging to ensure sales and marketing strategies meet changing market conditions. • Provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to problems and opportunities. • Manage, and enhance professional stock optimization. • Manage budget to assure its spending in alignment with company objectives and plans.
