Position Overview: IBI International seeks an expert in Human and Institutional Performance Improvement and/or Organizational Development to participate in a Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Analysis for the Moroccan Ministry of Education (MOE). This analysis will contribute to MOE's 15-year reform plan to improve the quality of educational service delivery.
Employment Location: Morocco
Period of Performance: The estimated level of effort for this assignment is 18 months starting in March 2016.
Specific Responsibilities:
The consultant will report to IBI’s Project Management Unit and will be responsible for assessing Moroccan education institutions, designing and implementing a strategy to enhance the institutions’ abilities to complete their objectives. The consultant may develop and provide training as needed, or other capacity building interventions.
