- Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentations
-   Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
- Provide the necessary reports related to headcount, HR Metrics, open territories and other related HR information.
- Pre-screening of resumes to build bench for critical positions atleast.
- Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies
- Assisting and co-ordination in the administration tasks of hotel, visa and flight reservations and vehicle fleet management.
- Assisting in the purchase tasks of raising purchase orders, completing the GRN process in SAP and notifying Accounts.
- Preparing the monthly payroll.
- Business reporting
- Act as a back up for Accounts and Customer Service Representative
