Asst Legal Advisor
Location : Bahrain
Drafting,reviewing all types of agreements and contracts
Monitoring, management and mitigation of the legal risks of
the Bank.
Review all contracts and agreements to ensure that terms
protect the Bank.
Advice Management, Business and Support units on all issues
related to law. Provide well researched advice to ensure the Bank’s full
compliance with the law.
Responsible for managing the legal risks of the Bank
Drafting in Arabic or English, legal notices and warnings /contract
letters
-
Exposure to legal aspects of documentation
relating to syndications, account operation, credit facilities, etc.
Sound interpersonal skills, and a good team
player.
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
Undertake legal translations of Arabic and English
