1- Organize the promotional team sales process(plans, target, coverage, customer list, territory management )
2- Super vision, counseling, motivation, direction on job training and support the sales team. Leading the team to achieve Aster Pharma's objectives
3- Planning for medical reps. Plans,your own plan, target break down, forecasting business plan, customer list, coverage plan, territory management
4- Responsible for reporting, expenses.
5- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team skills and product knowledge.
6- Coordinating with different departments (marketing, technical, HR, Finance and production )to provide the sales team with all needs in proper time efficiently
7- Creating healthy business environment with other departments to achieve the maximum profit from aster pharma resources
8- Assist in development of the annual & marketing plan
9- Assist in recruitment possess and monthly, quarterly and yearly appraisals for your promotional team
10- Assist in training plan and implementation
11- Support the promotional team through double & single visits to the potential customers for solving problems, and negotiation & opening new areas.
