1. Assist in preparation of financial reports as required by
the Department Head.
2. Assist in Preparation of income statements and balance sheets.
3. Assist in Ensuring Maintenance / updating of all financial transactions,
bank transactions.
4. Controlling Invoicing and Collection of Receivables
5. Arrangement of payables
6. Payroll management.
7. Assist in yearly Budget for the Full Company in coordination with the
management.
8. Assist in coordinating the Billing Process of all the areas of operation of
the company.
9. Initiate contacts with clients & maintain relationship with existing
clients pertaining to collection of Receivables\Payables.
10. Assist in all administrative functions of the company.
