• Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre….etc.), Preferably Amadeus.
• Strong understanding of Fare rules, pricing and Strong Ticketing product knowledge (Tickets issue, Reissue, Refund, Void )
• Knowledge of charter Flight’s nature work
• Knowledge of B2B & B2C business
• Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
• Spoke very good English is a must
• Knowledge of visa entry papers and requirements.
