- Receiving new clients & leads, and contacting them for sales visits
- Managing call & visit schedules to adequately cover assigned territory/category in a time-efficient manner
- Conducting daily direct outdoor sales activities (average 4 visits per day)
- Building a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Ensuring sufficient knowledge of the company’s profile, products, and packages to perform professional presentations & demonstrations to clients, and sell website memberships
- Handling objections and following up on prospects till closing deals
- Reporting clients’ complains & technical problems (if any), and following up with the concerned department(s) assuring clients’ satisfaction
- Maintaining sufficient knowledge of marketplace information (competitors, prices, products & benefits provided)
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation
- Periodically participating in seminars, training sessions, and trade show demonstrations as required
- Preparing & submitting daily and monthly reports as per management requirements
